To stop or not to stop antithrombotic during dental procedure in Ischemic stroke patient?

In the article, aspirin or warfarin do not need to be stop during dental procedure .  During tooth extraction, advice should be given to minimise extensive surgery and using firm sutures or postoperative packs.
